We have been active on the Polish market since 2013, where we own and actively manage 23 properties from the office, retail and hotel sectors. The focal point of our dynamic growth and continuously expanding portfolio are office buildings situated in prime locations across Warsaw. They all meet the applicable environmental regulations. The retail assets owned by CPIPG can be found in Elbląg, Radom, Tarnów, Zamość, and Zgorzelec. They include shopping centers and retail parks in excellent locations affording extensive catchment areas. The unique character of our hotels – where modernity is perfectly integrated into their historic identity – will meet the expectations of the most demanding of customers.

Abroad, CPIPG is the largest owner of retail assets in the Czech Republic and offices in Berlin. Our headquarters are in Luxembourg, and our shares are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Group operates within the office, retail, residential and hotel real estate sectors, holding assets valued at over EUR 9,1 billion. We are one of the select group of companies in the region to have been issued investment grade credit ratings. We were awarded a Baa2 rating by Moody's and a BBB rating by Standard&Poor’s.
