The value of the company's Polish portfolio amounts to over EUR 2 billion and has a total area of over 800,000 sqm. It includes OfficeMe and myhive offices for rent, serviced offices and flexible space under the myhive brand, as well as Vivo!, City Market and Stop Shop shopping centres and parks. The combined area of the company's office properties comes to 516,000 sqm, while its retail space amounts to 272,000 sqm.

In 2023, CPIPG took over the management of its entire office and retail portfolio in Poland. As its owner, we place great emphasis on investing in the real estate through modernisations and introducing modern automation systems, which reduce the operating costs of the buildings while significantly improving the comfort of office users as well as the value of the entire portfolio. Green buildings

The Group is focused on achieving the highest pro-environmental goals in order to minimise the impact of the operations of our buildings on the natural environment to the greatest extent possible. Our commitments include reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 32.4% by 2030 across all emission ranges and reducing water and electricity consumption by 10% by the end of 2030. All our office buildings are supplied with energy from renewable sources. They hold BREEAM sustainability certification and are constantly monitored for the optimisation of their energy consumption.
