CPIPG specialises in long-term investment, effective building management in accordance with ESG principles, and the lease of modern office and retail space in proven business locations. The company also operates serviced offices under the myhive brand in its Warsaw properties. As an asset, property and facility manager focused on quality, CPIPG constantly modernises and introduces innovative solutions to its properties, increasing their value and attractiveness from the point of view of investors, financial institutions and tenants.
