Agnieszka Baczyńska takes on dual role in CPIPG’s Polish operations

CPI Property Group (CPIPG), a leader in the commercial real estate sector in Central and Eastern Europe, announces the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska, the current Head of Leasing Retail, to the newly created position of Business Excellence Director in Poland. Agnieszka will combine both roles, and her appointment is an important step within the company’s strategy to increase operational efficiency and further improve internal processes.
As Business Excellence Director, Agnieszka will be responsible for implementing the operational efficiency strategy and monitoring its progress, as well as supervising projects related to business transformation, including the introduction of new technologies and innovative business solutions. Her duties will also include auditing and assessing the company’s optimisation processes as well as promoting the high-quality culture that forms an important aspect of the organisational values of CPIPG in Poland.
“The creation of the position of Business Excellence Director is in line with our desire to constantly improve management standards and seek new ways of increasing the value of our operations,” emphasises Barbara Topolska, the Country Manager of CPIPG in Poland. “I am convinced that Agnieszka Baczyńska’s knowledge and experience, combined with her proven ability to manage a team, will allow her to perform this key role effectively,” she adds.
Agnieszka Baczyńska has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Previously, she held such positions as International Leasing Director at Neinver Polska, supervising the leasing for all the retail properties in the company’s portfolio. She is an MBA graduate and a licensed real estate agent.
