
Bechtel chooses Equator IV for its Polish HQ

Bechtel Polska occupies the entire floor of the building on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The
company’s offices have an area of 1,600 sqm gla when it started operating on the premises in April
2024.

transaction.
The tenant was represented by Natalia Kuliberda of CBRE.
The Equator IV office building, which came into use in 2018, is located on Aleje Jerozolimskie on
the boundary of Centrum and Ochota districts, and thus provides convenient access to major
communication hubs in Warsaw: railway stations, the airport and the A2 motorway, as well as the
various modes of public transport.
Equator IV offers more than 24,000 sqm of class A leasable space and 229 parking spaces. Its
interiors are spacious and easily adaptable, and thanks to its prime location and the quality of its
construction it features extensive access to daylight. The building has been awarded a BREEAM
ecological certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level.
