CPIPG's retail portfolio attracts even more tenants

In the period from July to September 2024, 20 lease agreements were signed – including both extensions and new contracts – for a total area of almost 11,000 sqm.
The biggest changes will be taking place at the CH Ogrody shopping centre in Elbląg and in Vivo! Krosno, where new brands will soon be appearing. Meanwhile, changes can already be seen at Galeria Orkana in Lublin, where customers can shop in newly opened stores, and where by the end of the year the range of shopping will be even greater.
In total, since the beginning of the year, CPIPG has signed 120 lease agreements for over 53,000 sqm.
“The tenant activity, both in terms of new agreements and extensions, shows how much confidence they
have in our retail properties. In the next few months, we intend to continue improving what they offer to attract both local and international brands,” reveals Agnieszka Baczyńska, the Head of Leasing Retail at CPIPG.
