Izabela Potrykus is the new head of the office leasing department for CPIPG in Poland

Izabela Potrykus has over 20 years’ experience in the Polish commercial real estate sector. Before joining CPIPG she held key positions in many well-known firms where she was responsible for the leasing strategy and commercialisation of a number of prestigious office projects. She was the leasing and commercialisation director at Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) and was also for many years a partner and the head of the office department in Poland at the Knight Frank consultancy. Her broad experience includes working with international clients and also overseeing many office leasing transactions in Poland, including some of the biggest. Izabela is a superb negotiator and she makes projects effective with her communication skills and her strategic approach while also being able to react to rapidly changing market conditions. She is also an effective manager who can foster an atmosphere of cooperation to achieve ambitious goals.
Izabela Potrykus graduated from the Gdańsk Technical University in Management and Economics. She holds a CCIM professional licence for managing real estate and has also completed a postgraduate course in real estate management from the Warsaw School of Economics as well as in construction and ESG from the Warsaw University of Technology. She takes an active part in real estate conferences and seminars where she talks of her experience sharing her knowledge with other professionals.
In her new role, Izabela Potrykus will be responsible for managing CPIPG’s ten-person leasing team in Poland, as well as for setting out the company’s leasing strategy and the further commercialisation of its EUR 1.6 bln portfolio of 20 modern office buildings in Warsaw, comprising a total area of 516,000 sqm.
