The office building was erected between 1975-1978. It was first amongst skyscrapers belonging to the architectural and urban complex of the West Bank. Upon its opening, it was the most modern and second highest )the Palace of Culture and Science being the highest) building in Poland. Chałubińskiego 8 is still one of the highest office buildings in Warsaw. As of 2020, 50.3% of shares are helb by CPI.
The high-rise, located at the junction of major communication routes - Aleje Jerozolimskie and Chałubińskiego, in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw Central Railway Station, guarantees an excellent access to any means of public transport as well as long-distance trains.
