Equator I
The Equator I office building was completed in 2008 and meets all the requisite conditions to be qualified as a class A building. The easily adaptable space enables occupiers to work both in “open space” and smaller rooms, thus fitting in with the needs of larger and smaller companies alike.
Occupiers are additionally given the use of the building’s retail facilities and a spacious car park. Equator I was awarded a “very good” BREEAM certification.
